1. Service Description

This platform provides a referral request submission service operated by Hank Zeng, a Google employee, for candidates seeking referrals to Google software engineering positions.

2. Eligibility

• Only Software Engineering roles are considered
• Candidates must be located in the United States
• Candidates must not have been rejected from Google OA/interviews in the past 10 months

3. Data Collection

We collect the following information:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Resume (PDF/DOCX)
• LinkedIn profile URL
• Educational background, work experience
• Target role and level preferences
• Interview/assessment history with Google

4. Data Usage

Your information is used solely for:

• Evaluating your referral request
• Submitting referrals to Google's internal system (if approved)
• Communicating with you about your referral status
• Improving our referral evaluation process (anonymized data only)

5. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on secure servers in the United States
• Resumes are stored in encrypted cloud storage
• Access is restricted to the operator only
• No data is sold or shared with third parties

6. Data Retention

• Successful referrals: Retained for outcome tracking
• Rejected requests: Deleted after 6 months
• Withdrawn requests: Deleted immediately

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Receive a copy of your data

8. No Guarantee

Submission does NOT guarantee:

• A referral will be made
• An interview opportunity
• Employment at Google

Referral decisions are subject to:

• Google's referral policies and rate limits
• Operator's evaluation criteria

• Officially affiliated with Google LLC
• Endorsed by Google LLC
